Shipping cost and time
1. You can buy our vouchers in digital form - in this option the delivery cost is PLN 0.00. The order is delivered by e-mail within 48 hours from the time of placing the order (don't worry if it doesn't happen automatically! If you don't receive the e-mail after 24 hours, let us know.)
2. You can also collect the order in person at the main Chaiyo showroom - in Krakow at 103/2 Dietla Street, from 12:00 to 21:00. In this case, delivery is also free. If the order includes gift boxes, we recommend contacting the showroom by phone in advance to make sure that the set will be ready for collection.
3. Vouchers in envelopes and gift boxes are sent using:
- DPD Pick-up Point - delivery cost PLN 14.50
- Orlen Paczka - delivery cost PLN 14.50
- Poczex courier - delivery cost PLN 11.50.
The total order processing time consists of the time needed to complete and ship the product (up to two business days) and the delivery time depending on the delivery method. Order processing (including delivery) is from 4 to 7 business days.
